Cancellation Policy

Practice Sessions and Individual Track Days: - Full payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee your space(s). - It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct at the time of booking. - All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. - You should arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure we can register you before your session. We cannot refund or make allowances for late arrivals. - In the event that we need to cancel your booking due to a reason beyond the control of Race Mode Ltd, you will be entitled to a credit to use at a later date or a full refund of the booking cost. - Your booking reserves only the number of spaces stated in your confirmation. Whilst we may have spare capacity on the day we cannot guarantee this. Please contact us prior to travelling to confirm when extra spaces are required. Online Bookings: - By using our online booking system, you agree for us to use your contact details (email address and/or telephone number) in relation to the booking. Your contact details will NOT automatically be applied to our marketing database. Refund/ Cancellation Policy: - All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. - This applies in all circumstances except when Race Mode Ltd cannot accommodate your booking for reasons outside of its control. - In cases where a booking cannot be delivered due to circumstances out of its control, Race Mode Ltd will arrange for the event to be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time or offer a full refund will be paid. Discounts and Promotions: - No cash alternative is available. - Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. - Restrictions may apply when booking and places are offered on a first come, first served basis. - Race Mode Ltd reserves the right to withdraw a promotion at any time.
